Free The Seeds 2026
Art Contest
We’re back for the 11th year of Free the Seeds, and it’s time to launch this year’s art contest. Submit your original design for this year’s theme, “Growing Together.” The winning submission will be featured on Land to Hand’s exclusive Free the Seeds merchandise!
Thank you to our 2025 winner, Allison Nelson, for your incredible design for our 10-year anniversary.
For 2026, we will continue our Runner Up and Kids Division (12 and under). The winner of each will have their designs made into limited-edition stickers for the event.
Submission Details:
- Submission form at bottom of this page.
- Open to all ages, all skill levels.
- Designs must be 100% original (no AI).
- All formats accepted, must be able to be scanned or digitized. (No photography.)
- One entry per person.
- The theme words “Growing Together” must be included in the artwork.
- Some interpretation of the Land to Hand logo must be included in the artwork. This could be the entire half-circle logo, just the plants, or the words Land to Hand.
- Please upload a png/jpg/pdf file below. We will reach out to the winner for a full-size, high-quality file upon choosing the winner.
Kid’s Winner:
- The Kid’s Division entries will also be considered for the Overall Winner and Runner Up.
Design judging criteria:
- Originality
- Does the design fit the theme: Growing Together?
- Does the design align with the spirit of Free The Seeds?
- Ability to print / be transferable to merchandise (shirt, tote bag, sticker)
Submission Deadlines:
- Submissions will be accepted starting Monday, Nov 24, 2025.
- All submissions must be uploaded by Wednesday, January 7, 2026
- The winner will be contacted via email and/or phone number that was provided during submission.
- The winner and winning design will be announced to the public in mid-January 2026 via social media, website, and newsletter.

Winner will receive:
- Their own original artwork printed on L2H apparel and made into stickers.
- Their own original artwork on L2H website, social media, and newsletter promotions.
- A free merch item and other Who’s Your Farmer apparel.
- A free booth at Free The Seeds (if desired).
- $100 cash award
